About Us

Caldarella’s Restaurant Supply is a family-owned business serving the food service industry for generations. We specialize in restaurant equipment, kitchen design, and food service supplies for restaurants, bars, schools, healthcare facilities, food trucks, and commercial kitchens.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member for a position that combines inside sales, estimating, quoting, and project coordination.

This role is a great fit for someone with strong estimating or project coordination skills, even if they have limited restaurant equipment experience. We are willing to train the right candidate.

It is also an excellent opportunity for restaurant managers or hospitality professionals looking to transition away from late nights, holidays, and weekend schedules into a more traditional business environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and equipment estimates
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Communicate with customers, manufacturers, and vendors
• Use AutoQuotes and Microsoft Business Central to create and manage quotes
• Follow up on pricing, freight, lead times, and customer requests
• Manage multiple projects and quotes at the same time
• Coordinate with purchasing and project teams
• Provide excellent customer service for walk-in, phone, and email customers

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Estimating, construction, CAD, or project coordination experience is a plus
• Experience with AutoQuotes, Microsoft Business Central, or ERP systems is a plus
• Restaurant equipment or food service experience preferred, but not required for candidates with strong estimator skills
